Abs Abs Abs!!!! Abs is the hardest muscle to form on your body. The stomach is one of the hardest places on your body to burn fat. Trust me I know because I use to have a fat stomach that I use to hate. I am 5'11 and use to weigh about 200. And it was all because of my dumb stomach. I am embarrassed to say but I use to have a massive beer gut. About a year ago I could no longer take that beer gut of mind and decided to make a diference. When I first started working out I ran about a mile a day, ate what I use to think was diet food, and did crunches until I was about to throw up.
